I'm a Witness man myself, as much as Thieves has the stronger story and script, the actors in it, bless 'em, don't quite have the clout to carry out all of it's requirements and draw us in for over an hour. It comes across as a bit more of a laborious affair I feel, even the action is a bit tired and a bit stop-start in places.
Witness is simpler and minus cheesy montages really holds its own in the action even at this early level. And let us not forget:
"I think you've got radiator trouble."
And other classic one-liners delivered expertly by action-vet Paul Dudbridge:
"Rich, this man wants us to go down to the police station and answer some questions!"
"NOT TODAY!" Followed by a sharp pistol whip to the face. Brilliant. ;D

LOL oh brilliant....
Well, what can I say?...I didn't start this board to get this kind of praise but ...well..keep it coming!
I completely agree with the cba member on his Thieves comments...it's so rough and the action is...average.
Witness will always have a special place in the Hanover back catalogue...
Theives was the "difficult second album" that disappointed the fans...
Thanks for the comments boys...
