Hey Guys - I did a year long course on Editing in Final Cut Pro and not once was Double Exposure mentioned - help? what on earth is it? and how do you use it? and is it called anything else? x

I think I know what you're refering to... When something is "Double Exposed" it means there are two images over one another. So to copy that in editing would be to layer 2 shots on the timeline and lower the opacity of the top layer gradually exposing the layer/shot underneath. Good for doing ghost shots when the top layer and the bottom layer are identical aport from someone walking through the frame....
